My Secret Santa surprise for dear Casey!

She has lots of interests I share, so doing stuff for her is always fun and I've wanted to do a Mushishi Fan Art forever - so now this was the best chance.

I thought the series also fits my wintery christmas-feel quite well, as the Mushi often are glowy things and glowy stuff reminds me of the nice things in winter - like light-chains and so on, and the light reflecting on the snow in cold dark winter nights.
And so on. I'll stop my uninteresting blahblah here XD

The Mushi on this card isn't an existing one, I just made it up. First I wanted it to barely resemble a squirrel, now I think it looks like some kind of bug or even scorpion. Which is also appopriate of course.

Mir fällt grad auf, dass Gingko gut in den Winter passt - finde ich.
Das Käferteil ist dir voll gelungen wie ich finde *_* So mit dem Gewaber umrum und die farben dazu!
Was mir auch besonders gut gefällt ist, wie du bei ihm im Gesicht die leichte Schraffur gemacht hast. Passt sehr gut zur Atmosphäre *_*" SCHICK!

ich find Ginko bzw. alles an Mushishi passt in jede erdenkliche Jahreszeit, aber die Folge mit dem Schnee gefiel mir so gut dass ich die Meinung dann doch irgendwie gut teilen kann :]"

Mushishi fanart! Wheee! I was loving this series... till I ran out of disk space.... can't wait to watch the rest. It does look bug like, like a cross between a scarab and a scorpion. the Mushishi in the anime also reminded me of mostly of either bugs or micro organisms. Pretty yet creepy at the same time...
